RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to work independently, yet with a support staff
• Follow-Up with leads on a daily basis
• Nurture relationships with clients
• Hold buyer and seller consultations
• Show properties and work with home buyers
• Market properties and work with home sellers
• Write and negotiate offers
• Close deals
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have smartphone and laptop computer
• Reliable transportation
• Past sales experience is preferred
